About Michael and SEKHEM ALL LOVE

What does it feel like to meet yourself with greater openness and love?

This question lies at the heart of SEKHEM ALL LOVE – a spiritual practice that makes space for personal experiences, emotions and a connection to something greater. At sekhem.eu, you can explore Michael Heemskerk’s approach to energy work, meditation and inner exploration.

Michael has taught SEKHEM ALL LOVE internationally since 2000. His approach centres on each person’s experience, encouraging participants to discover their own answers rather than follow a prescribed path of spiritual development.

What is ALL LOVE?

Michael describes ALL LOVE as a reconnection to love and to what he calls Source. Its intention is to explore a sense of unity between the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of ourselves.

The practice invites you to approach whatever arises with curiosity. This may include emotions, resistance, longing or moments of presence. The emphasis is on your own process and what you experience along the way.

Workshops that unfold naturally

ALL LOVE workshops are experiential. Rather than following a fixed programme, Michael describes an approach that allows each workshop to unfold naturally. Every gathering is different, with participants’ presence forming an essential part of the experience.

His website also features individual sessions, meditations, interviews and participants’ accounts of their experiences.
